Terms of Service

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BitChain Digital Technology Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong under Company Registration Number 79100544 (“we”, “us” or “Company”). BitChain Digital Technology Limited owns and operates the GTA AI Filter website and provides the related services.

By accessing the service, creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

GTA AI Filter is an AI-powered image transformation service. Users may upload an image or enter a prompt to generate stylised output. Features, generation limits, resolution and processing priority vary by plan and may change as the service develops.

The service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Names and trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase a paid plan. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You retain your rights in images and prompts you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, transmit and reproduce that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all submitted content.

We will not publish a user image in a public gallery without the user’s permission. Generated output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar output.

You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive or abusive activity; to create sexual content involving minors; to impersonate or harm a person; to bypass usage limits; to interfere with the service; or to upload content you have no right to use. We may remove content or restrict access where reasonably necessary.

Paid subscriptions are displayed in US dollars and are billed monthly. By purchasing a plan, you authorise the payment provider to charge the displayed price, applicable taxes and any clearly disclosed fees. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Plan features and current prices are shown on the Pricing page. Generation allowances are service entitlements, not stored monetary value, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal. Except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy, charges already paid are non-refundable. If the service fails to provide a purchased entitlement, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

The website, software, design and original platform content are owned by the Company or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of our technology or third-party trademarks. Commercial use of generated output is at your own risk; you are responsible for checking whether the source image, prompt and output may lawfully be used for your intended purpose.

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected or unsuitable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that output will be free of third-party rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, create risk to users or the service, or where required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the site or another reasonable channel. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
