How we collect, use, share and protect information when you use GTA AI Filter.
Effective date: 20 July 2026 · Last updated: 20 July 2026
1. Who is responsible
BitChain Digital Technology Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong under Company Registration Number 79100544, is the operator of GTA AI Filter and the controller of personal data described in this Policy.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account and contact information; uploaded images, prompts and generated output; subscription and transaction records (payment card details are handled by our payment provider); device, browser, IP address, usage and diagnostic data; cookies and similar identifiers; and messages sent to support.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide image generation and account features, process subscriptions, apply plan limits, respond to support, protect against abuse, diagnose and improve performance, comply with law and communicate important service updates. Where required, we rely on contract, legitimate interests, consent or legal obligation as the applicable basis.
4. Images and AI processing
Uploaded images and prompts are processed to provide the requested generation. They may be transmitted to contracted cloud storage and AI processing providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell uploaded images and do not publish them in a public gallery without your permission. Do not upload highly sensitive images or content you lack permission to use.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We receive transaction identifiers, plan status, amount, currency and limited billing information, but we do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.
6. Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed for hosting, storage, AI processing, authentication, analytics, payment processing and support; professional advisers; authorities where legally required; and a successor in connection with a corporate transaction. Providers are permitted to process information only for the relevant service or as required by law.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process information outside Hong Kong. Where required, we use contractual and organisational safeguards appropriate to the destination and type of information.
8. Retention
We retain account and transaction records while your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Uploaded and generated images are kept only for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, provide user-requested history, secure the platform or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion; some backup copies may remain temporarily until routine deletion cycles complete.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal data, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local privacy authority. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
10. Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies for security and account functions and may use analytics or advertising technologies to understand site usage. See our Cookie Policy for categories and available controls. Browser settings can block cookies, although parts of the service may stop working.
11. Security and children
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service is completely secure. The service is not directed to children under 13, and paid plans are not offered to persons who cannot legally enter the purchase agreement.
12. Contact and updates
Privacy requests may be sent to davidyangpersonal@outlook.com. We may update this Policy and will post the revised date on this page.
